| Since it's unofficial opening in July 2000, this club has become a live music hot spot, harboring headliners like Pushmonkey and the Toadies as well as local gems such as Steamroller and MC Overlord. The Metro is one of the largest "intimate" clubs to be found on Sixth Street, able to hold quite a large crowd while maintaining that small scene feel. With two substantial bars the staff is able to service the masses, but be forewarned in the event of a well-known headliner, you'll have to wait your turn. |
